This Bocas del Toro beachfront property in Boca Del Drago is about a 35-40 minute drive from Bocas Town, Isla Colon.
Property is 33,507 sq meters ( 8.25 acres) w/approx 460 ft of beachfront. Clean ROP with approximately 75 % on the beach side of the road, and a only a thin, pie-shaped property extending into the forest on the other side. One of the most forested parcels in the area, with many large trees on both sides of the entrance.

There are great views of the water and Bird Island. The elevated home site is not a vertical cliff, but slopes very steeply toward the water. It is also a bit cooler, which reduces the biting bugs, compared to something closer to the water. On the far left/west side of the property, you can walk down to the sea, where there is a small area of rocky beach and small spring.
